Job description

Globalinternet is looking for a Finance Adminstrator to strengthen our worldwide Finance Team, operating from Manila.  As our finance administrator you will be working in a team with the Financial Department in Amsterdam and our Delivery and Procurement colleagues in 20 countries across the globe. 

We are looking for someone who understands what it’s like to work in a multicultural and international environment and can liaise with the financial contact persons of our suppliers in more than 180 countries worldwide.


Your primary responsibilities and tasks will be related to the Accounts Payable process. You will process supplier invoices, maintain the relationship with our worldwide suppliers and help resolve any issues are identify potential improvements. The ideal candidate is very accurate and has a few years experience in finance or administration. Besides that you will speak and write fluently English, have knowledge of telecoms and excellent Excel and Microsoft office skills. 

We are looking to expand our team with a Finance Administrator, based in BGC Taguig, Philippines

Requirements

• Completed college or academic level education, preferably in economics or business administration.

• Accurate and well organised, persistent, quality driven

• Good communicating skills

• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures

• Ability to understand, and work in, an international and multicultural environment

• Hands on team player 

• 32-40 hours available
