Job description

For our business market in Eastern Europe, European CIS, Balkans and Central Asia we are looking for an Order Delivery Manager based in Amsterdam. You have preferably 1 to 2 years of commercial experience within the telecom sector and want to make a shift to an international environment. 

As an Order Delivery Manager you are responsible for the full pre-sales cycle including quotation, and provisioning of orders.    


You will be handling incoming quotation requests, verifying service availability with our providers, pricing and service specifications and ensuring a smooth provisioning of the ordered services by our customers and our local internet service providers (ISPs) in your region. 


What you will do

  • Liaise with providers to assure the purchase price and service availability is correct and make adjustments in Salesforce if needed.
  • Manage the full service delivery process from the moment an order is confirmed. This includes the coordination between customer end user and provider and the on site appointments and installation process. You'll assure that agreed lead times are met and expectations are managed with the customer.

Requirements

Experience and skills

  • Completed college or higher-level education

  • Basic knowledge and interest in Internet Access services worldwide

  • You understand what it’s like to work in a multicultural and international environment fluent English, both spoken and written is therefore a must

  • Russian speaking will be an asset

  • Good knowledge of Excel and Salesforce is a plus

  • Ability to prioritize with tight deadlines

  • You are accurate, well organized, persistent and quality driven

  • Customer focused and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
